Intel does not retest the systems when any part of the test hardware or its configuration changes-for example, drivers, BIOS/firmware revisions. Peripheral manufacturer changes can affect operation of their products with Intel. The test results provide a sample of system functionality. Test descriptions and configurations vary throughout the testing, so they are not listed. We use samples of publicly available hardware peripherals to see if the boards and kits achieved a high level of compatibility.
The tests do not qualify the hardware peripherals against the Intel. The focus of the testing is to make sure that no obvious issues exist between the desktop board and hardware peripherals.
